Our advisory services for the Regional Cultural Programme NRW 2025

Do you have a great idea for a cultural project and are still looking for funding opportunities? We would be happy to advise you on the funding and support options available for your planned cultural project through the Regional Culture Program NRW. The consultations and information sessions are, of course, free of charge. Please register for the dates.

The consultation offers for 2025 will be published here in due course! You can find the dates for 2024 here as a review.

We have various consulting services that you can register for:

  • Online information event on the accessibility supplementary funds on three dates (events are identical): June 17, 2024, August 14, 2024, and September 2, 2024.
  • RKP Speed Dating for Hagen on August 6th of the cultural regions Ruhrgebiet and Südwestfalen exclusively for the Hagen independent scene
  • Online introduction to the application process via Zoom on August 21 and 28 together with the Arnsberg district government and the cultural regions of Hellweg, Sauerland, Ruhr area and South Westphalia.
  • Individual advice online, by phone or in person, which you can arrange directly with the service office.


Online information event Accessibility supplements: What you can use them for and how you can plan for them

Interested parties can choose one of the three dates. The content of all sessions is identical:

Date 1: June 17, 2024 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Date 3: 2 September 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM (with DGS interpretation)

With the supplementary accessibility funding, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia supports the equal participation of people with physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychological disabilities. For measures to remove barriers, up to €5,000 per cultural project is provided for the NRW Regional Culture Program.

The events will inform cultural actors who wish to submit an application to the Regional Cultural Programme NRW about the possibilities for using the supplementary funds. They will also provide assistance on how to complete the application form.

Registration is done via the RKP Cultural Office where the application is submitted.

Speed dating for the RKP for the independent scene of the city of Hagen with the cultural regions of the Ruhr area and South Westphalia

August 6th from 4 pm to 7 pm - every 15 minutes

The event will take place in person in Hagen and, upon request, online. You must reserve a 15-minute time slot. Participation is free of charge.

The RKP offices of the Ruhr and South Westphalia cultural regions invite freelance artists and cultural institutions, cultural institutions, and associations from Hagen to an online funding consultation on the Regional Cultural Program NRW (RKP). Your contact persons for the Ruhr (Matthias Schliewe) and the South Westphalia (Susanne Boecking) cultural regions will advise you on the funding and support options available for your planned cultural project through the Regional Cultural Program NRW.
